PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 Royal Mail can no longer guarantee all Special Delivery items will be delivered the next day. They are working hard to complete as many next day deliveries as possible in this difficult time. Royal Mail have also stopped some deliveries on a Saturday.
All deliveries are made by Royal Mail or DPD. We send out all items by 1st Class Delivery. This is completely free of charge and we have no minimum order value. Delivery is free of charge and will always be so.
1st class with Royal Mail arrives the next day for the vast majority of people. However, they do not guarantee next day delivery so if you definitely need your medicine the next day we offer Special Delivery fulfilled by DPD.
This is an additional charge of £5.95.
We also offer a collection service. This allows you to have your parcel left at your nearest selected Post Office. Royal Mail will send you an email and a text message when your order is ready for collection. You will need to make sure you take some form of ID when picking up the parcel. This is a ‘signed for’ service as all medicines legally have to be signed for.
As this is sent via Special Delivery it should be ready for collection from 1pm the day after you place your order as long as your order is placed before 3:45pm (excluding weekends) and costs £4.95.
Please note that special delivery orders posted on a Friday are not guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday, although in most cases they will.
All orders before 3:45pm are reviewed by our prescriber and dispatched on the same day. Note that we are closed weekends and bank holidays.
We aim for our service to be discreet for all customers and with this in mind, your medication will be posted in a plain white jiffy bag, and your card statement will read GPT Services for your privacy.
We ask that you store your medicines safely at room temperature and keep them out of the reach of children. Should you wish to return unwanted medicines for us to dispose of, you can post them back to us free of charge.
Please also note that we are unable to post medicines to third parties. We can post to an alternative address (for instance a work address) but the medicine must be posted to the patient who has ordered it.
